Become a General Contractor Partner

The Annual Fee for participation in the ASA of Baltimore GC Partner Program is $1,500.00. Benefits begin on the first of the month following the date this application is accepted by the ASAB Board of Directors. Rebates up to the entire annual fee are available for recruiting new subcontractor or supplier members. The fee covers expenses related to one GC Partner Hosted Event per year.

Purpose

Improve the construction trade in the Baltimore region, including a fair distribution of risk among all participants involved in construction projects and improvement to the overall quality and timeliness of work
Market exceptional GCs to the subcontractor community
Upgrade the professionalism and improve the quality of subcontractors and suppliers
Help GCs identify and strengthen business relationships with quality subcontractors and suppliers

Recognition in a chapter newsletter (annual)
Recognition on the chapter website (ongoing)
Recognition at chapter events (on-site sign or virtual background)
Invitation to host a GC educational event (optional, annual; in person or virtual)
Permission to have recorded virtual tours of jobsites/facilities/staff accessible to ASA members (online)
Invitation to attend or participate in chapter events at ASA member rates, not including member-only events (e.g., BPI Sessions)
Complimentary review of standard GC sub-contract to (a) increase participation by quality subcontractors and suppliers, (b) simplify the contracting process and onboarding new subcontractors and suppliers, and (c) clearly communicate subcontractor and supplier responsibilities
Invitation to participate in special meeting(s) to discuss issues on behalf of the construction industry in the Baltimore region
One-time rebate of GC Partner fee for each new subcontractor member you refer (1/3 of the annual fee each, limit three per year)
