Luckily, the construction industry has shown a history of being resilient and can adapt to create “new normal.”
Some advice on how to handle the unknowns are:
- Remain diligent with revising contracts with your attorney to address issues you may see coming down the pipeline.
- Drill down on project delays beforehand in the contract so there are no surprises.
- Keep open and great communication.
- Be aware of your company’s risks and have a game plan in place.
